I. Pre-Start Preparations

The driver must be a skilled operator and pass an exam before starting work! The track foundation must be solid, and the grounding resistance must not exceed the standard. Do not operate in inclement weather; safety measures are essential. Fire extinguishers must be readily available; contact an electrician for electrical faults. Ensure adequate lighting for nighttime operations; driving while fatigued or under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited!

II. Pre-Start Inspections

Clear any obstructions on the track; remove anti-slip devices. Ensure structural bolts are secure; lubrication is adequate. Wire rope clamps must be secure; power supply voltage must be appropriate. Return operating handles to the zero position; a thorough safety check is essential!

III. Post-Start Inspections

The transmission gears should sound normally; a no-load test run is crucial. Instrument pointers must be normal; smooth operation is essential for reliability. Run the machine for a few minutes to confirm everything is correct before commencing work!

IV. Operation

Follow instructions; do not act recklessly. Refuse to operate if signals are unclear. Concentrate and avoid idle chatter; do not exceed lifting weight limits. Smooth lifting and lowering are key; avoid emergency braking. Monitor the moving cable; leave a rope on the hook for safety!

V. Shutdown

Raise the empty hook to a height of five meters and park it in a safe location. Return the handle to zero and disconnect the power. Routine maintenance is essential. Close and lock the door to prevent the machine from rolling away. Safety first!

VI. Routine Maintenance

Proper lubrication and cleaning are crucial. Tighten all bolts. Adjust the brake clearance as needed. Ensure the limit switches operate smoothly. Replace worn steel wire promptly. Contact an electrician for any electrical abnormalities!
